Bucket screen device for excavator

The present invention relates to a bucket screen device for an excavator. In accordance with the present invention, the bucket screen device for an excavator includes: a mesh bucket having a mesh with a plurality of holes perforated in a conventional bucket for an excavator; a vibrator provided to selectively apply vibrations to the mesh bucket; and a connection unit connecting the mesh bucket to an arm end part of the excavator such that the vibrations generated from the vibrator are transmitted to the mesh bucket only when aggregate or construction waste including earth and sand is dug up by the mesh bucket. Therefore, the bucket screen device can be beneficially used for an excavator field in which aggregate having a size predetermined or smaller is separately sorted by vibrating a mesh bucket for an excavator in a state in which earth and sand or aggregate is dug up by the mesh bucket. 본 발명은 굴착기용 버킷 스크린장치에 과한 것이다. 본 발명은 굴착기용 통상의 버킷에 다수의 통공이 천공된 그물망을 갖는 그물망 버킷과, 상기 그물망 버킷에 선택적으로 진동을 부여할 수 있도록 마련된 진동자 및, 상기 그물망 버킷이 굴착기의 암 단부에 연결되되 그물망 버킷으로 토사를 포함하는 골재나 건설폐기물 등을 파 올린 상태에서만 진동자로부터 발생되는 진동을 그물망 버킷에만 전달하도록 연결시키기 위한 연결유닛으로 마련함으로써 굴착기용 그물망 버킷으로 토사나 골재 등을 퍼 올린 상태에서 그물망 버킷을 진동시켜 소정사이즈 이하의 골재만을 분리 선별하고자 하는 굴착기분야에 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
