MOVABLE PART OF A LINEAR MOTOR COMPRISING A CARRIAGE INTERFACE MEMBER

The present invention relates to a movable part (10) of a linear motor comprising a primary part (70) movable relative to a secondary part. The movable part (10) comprises a carriage (12), a primary part (70), and an interface member (40) for removably connecting the carriage (12) to the primary part (70). The carriage (12) is configured to fixedly support an object to be moved, such as a machine part of a machine tool. The carriage (12) comprises two opposite lateral sides and a bottom side (28) having an interface member receiving portion (30) comprising anchoring receiving parts (32). The carriage interface member (40) is fixedly connected to the primary part (70) and comprises anchoring portions (44a, 44b, 50a, 50b) mounted on respective anchoring receiving parts (32) of the carriage (12).
