| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to: a fiber-reinforced composite material (120) in which the surface texture of the fabric is expressed by laminating, heating, and pressing a fabric manufactured using a reinforcing fiber (100), and a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic resin fiber (200); and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a fiber-reinforced composite material (120) exhibiting surface texture of the fabric, in which the user can feel the touch and texture when touched, and the surface texture of the fabric is expressed, which can increase the marketability through product differentiation by increasing the degree of freedom of design; and a method for manufacturing the same.
본 발명은 보강용 섬유(100)와 열가소성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지 섬유(200)를 이용하여 제조된 원단을 적층하여 가열 및 가압하여 원단의 표면 질감이 발현되는 섬유강화 복합재료(120) 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 사용자가 손으로 만졌을 때 촉감과 질감을 느낄 수 있고, 디자인의 자유도를 높힘으로써, 상품의 차별화를 통한 상품성을 높일 수 있는 원단의 표면 질감이 발현되는 섬유강화 복합재료(120) 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
