Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a device for processing data between neighbors, aiming to prevent various types of inter-floor noise-related disputes in an apartment house and to facilitate friendly and communicative resolutions based on mutual consideration; and a data processing method using the same. The device for processing data between neighbors based on AI according to embodiments of the present invention allows neighbors to not only communicate conveniently, quickly, and accurately by voice but also communicate and act thoughtfully in a way of not offending each other, such as through an unbiased mediator, thereby effectively preventing and resolving the inter-floor noise disputes. The device for processing data between neighbors comprises a first communication device, a sensor, and a second communication device. 본 발명은 공동주택에서 발생하는 여러 종류의 층간소음 관련 분쟁을 예방하고, 상호 배려심을 토대로 친화적 및 소통적 방식으로 해결하기 위한 인공지능 기반의 이웃간 데이터 처리 장치 및 이를 이용한 이웃간 데이터 처리 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 인공지능 기반의 이웃간 데이터 처리 장치는 음성으로 편리하고 신속하고 정확하게 이웃간 소통할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 편향되지 않은 중재자를 통한 것과 같이 서로의 기분을 상하지 않게 하는 방식으로 소통하고 배려하여 행동함으로써 층간소음 분쟁을 효과적으로 예방 및 해결할 수 있다.
