Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a steam generating device. The present steam generating device comprises: a recovery chamber including a first inlet, a second inlet, a steam outlet, and a drain; a first pipe wherein a water is introduced to one end and the other end is connected to the first inlet; a second pipe wherein one end is connected to the drain and the other end is connected to the second inlet; and a heater device heating the water moving along the first and second pipes. An objective of the present invention is to provide the steam generating device having an improved structure so as to increase driving efficiency and have a compact size, and a clothes management apparatus including the same. 스팀 발생 장치가 개시된다. 본 스팀 발생 장치는 제1 유입구, 제2 유입구, 스팀 토출구 및 배수구를 포함하는 회수 챔버, 일단으로 물이 유입되고, 타단이 제1 유입구와 연결되는 제1 파이프, 일단이 배수구와 연결되고, 타단이 제2 유입구와 연결되는 제2 파이프 및 제1 및 제2 파이프를 따라 이동하는 물을 가열시키는 히터 장치를 포함한다.
