Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a metal nanowire with a core-shell structure which has properties of conductivity and transparency and excellent oxidation stability and can maintain excellent oxidation stability even after a secondary processing process using the metal nanowire of the present invention. Specifically, according to the present invention, the metal nanowire with a core-shell structure comprises a core containing copper and a shell containing silver on the core. The ratio (D/L) of the diameter (D) of the core and the thickness (L) of the shell is 10 to 60. The thickness of the shell is 5-40nm. The peak intensity (I_1) of Ag 3d_(5/2) of silver and the peak intensity (I_2) of Cu 2p_(3/2) of copper satisfy formula 1: I_2/I_1
