Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an agricultural working vehicle and a control method of the agricultural working vehicle. The agricultural working vehicle of the present invention comprises: a vehicle main body supporting an engine; a seat coupled to the vehicle main body; a travel pedal coupled to the vehicle main body; a seating sensor acquiring seating information by detecting whether a worker is seated on the seat; and a control unit configured to stop the start of the engine when it is confirmed that the seat is out of a travel position by using at least one of rotation information obtained by detecting whether the seat is rotated and elevation information obtained by detecting whether or not the seat is raised, if the travel padel is operated regardless of the seating information. Provided are the agricultural working vehicle capable of reducing risk of an accident, and the control method of the agricultural working vehicle. 본 발명은 엔진을 지지하는 차량본체; 상기 차량본체에 결합된 좌석; 상기 차량본체에 결합된 주행페달; 상기 좌석에 대한 작업자의 착석 여부를 감지하여 착석정보를 획득하는 착석감지센서; 및 상기 좌석의 회전 여부를 감지하여 획득된 회전정보와 상기 좌석의 상승 여부를 감지하여 획득된 상승정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용하여 상기 좌석이 주행위치를 벗어난 것으로 확인된 경우, 상기 착석정보에 관계없이 상기 주행페달이 조작되면 상기 엔진의 시동을 정지시키는 제어부를 포함하는 농업용 작업차량 및 농업용 작업차량의 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
