The pixel circuit stores photocharges generated by a photoelectric conversion element as image information. The driving control circuit controls the row operation and column operation of the pixel circuit. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an image sensing device capable of controlling a capacitance value of a floating diffusion node and an operation method of the image sensing device. 이미지 센싱 장치는 픽셀 회로, 구동 제어 회로를 포함한다. 픽셀 회로는 광전 변환 소자에서 생성되는 광전하를 이미지 정보로 저장한다. 구동 제어 회로는 상기 픽셀 회로의 로우 동작 및 컬럼 동작을 제어한다.
