Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for maintaining the pluripotency of Undaria pinnatifida protoplast-derived aposporous filaments and a culture method for inducing the Undaria pinnatifida protoplast-derived aposporous filaments into sporophytes. The culturing method of the present invention can be used as a control switch for determining whether or not to proceed with the development of Undaria pinnatifida by applying a light source of a specific wavelength. 본 발명은 미역의 원형질체-유래 아포스포러스 필라멘트의 전분화능을 유지하는 방법 및 이를 포자체로 유도하는 배양 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 배양 방법은 특정 파장의 광원을 적용하여 미역의 발달 진행여부를 결정하는 제어 스위치로 이용할 수 있다.
