Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device for determining whether positive and negative electrode tabs constituting an electrode assembly are folded, which includes: a seating unit on which the electrode assembly is seated; an electrode tab contact unit that is disposed on a side surface of the seating unit, moves downward, comes in contact with one end of an electrode tab, bends the electrode tab, and then elastically restores the electrode tab; a load sensing unit that is disposed above the seating unit and senses a load generated from the elastically restored electrode tab for each area; and a determination unit for determining whether the electrode tab is folded according to the area where the load is sensed. 전극조립체를 이루는 양극 및 음극 탭의 접힘 여부를 판단하기 위한 장치로서, 전극조립체가 안착되는 안착부; 안착부의 측면에 배치되어 하방으로 이동하며 전극탭의 일단과 접촉하고 전극탭을 구부러뜨린 후 탄성복원시키는 전극탭접촉부; 안착부 상방에 배치되며 탄성복원이 이루어진 전극탭에서 발생하는 하중을 영역별로 감지하는 하중감지부; 및 하중이 감지된 영역에 따라 전극탭의 접힘 여부를 판단하는 판단부;를 포함하는 전극탭 접힘 판단 장치가 소개된다.
