Cell balancing device

The present invention relates to a cell balancing device and, more specifically, to a cell balancing device which performs cell balancing in consideration of an SOC, an SOH, a rated capacity, a usage area characteristic and the like to enable accurate balancing and minimize unnecessary balancing operations even when heterogeneous cells are mixed with each other like each cell having a different SOH or a different rated capacity. 본 발명은 셀 밸런싱 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 셀의 SOC, SOH, 정격 용량, 및 사용 영역 특성 등을 고려하여 셀의 밸런싱을 수행함으로써, 각 셀들이 서로 다른 SOH나 정격 용량을 가지는 것과 같이 이종의 셀들이 서로 혼용되어 있는 경우에도 정확한 밸런싱이 가능하고, 불필요한 밸런싱 동작을 최소화할 수 있는 셀 밸런싱 장치에 관한 것이다.
