SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS INCLDUING A NOZZLE

A substrate processing device comprises: a substrate support unit supporting a substrate; a container surrounding the substrate support unit; and a spray member spraying a fluid onto the substrate, wherein the spray member includes: a first nozzle including a first spray port; and a second nozzle including a body with a second spray port and a shield plate connected to the body, wherein the first nozzle and the second nozzle are arranged in a first direction, the body of the second nozzle includes a first part adjacent to the first nozzle with respect to a center line extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and a second part opposite to the first part, and the shield plate vertically overlaps the first part.
