Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a measuring system for an organic matter caused by microorganisms using continuous fluorescence spectroscopy and a method thereof, which can characterize and quantify an organic matter caused by microorganisms which can be used as a biological index and monitor water quality by using and measuring the inherent fluorescence of tryptophan which is an amino acid associated with a microorganism activity which is an organic matter caused by underwater microorganisms by using continuous fluorescence spectroscopy to correspond to continuously supplied samples. Also, the population of colon bacillus can be calculated by using the fluorescent intensity of samples by using an excitation wavelength in a range of 270-290nm and an emission wavelength of 300nm or 350nm for tryptophan measurement. Also, the fluorescent intensity of tryptophan can be measured to calculate BOD5. The contamination of microorganisms can be indirectly monitored. Alarm information in accordance with a microorganism warning range can be generated and transmitted.
연속적으로 공급되는 시료에 대응하도록 연속형 형광분석장치(Fluorescence Spectroscopy)를 이용하여 수중의 미생물 기인 유기물인 미생물 활동과 관련이 있는 아미노산인 트립토판의 고유 형광을 이용하여 측정함으로써, 생물학적 지표로 사용할 수 있는 미생물 기인 유기물을 특성화하여 정량화하고 수질을 실시간 모니터링할 수 있으며, 또한, 트립토판 측정을 위해서 270㎚~290㎚ 범위의 여기파장 및 300㎚ 또는 350㎚의 방출파장을 이용하여 시료의 형광강도를 측정하여 대장균 개체수를 산출할 수 있고, 또한, 연속적으로 트립토판 형광강도를 측정하여 BOD5를 산출할 수 있고, 미생물의 오염을 간접적으로 모니터링할 수 있으며, 미생물 경고 범위에 따른 알람정보를 생성하여 전송할 수 있는, 연속형 형광분석장치를 이용한 미생물 기인 유기물 측정 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다. |
