Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a vertical anchor assembly and a post-tension method using the same. The vertical anchor according to one embodiment of the present application includes: a base member; a circumferential member extending along the circumference of the base member so that a hollow part having an upper end opening is formed; and a guide protrusion protruding upwards from an intermediate position of an inner bottom surface of the hollow part formed by the base member. The hollow part may be formed to enable arrangement of a plurality of grips corresponding to a plurality of tendons, and an outer circumferential surface of the guide protrusion may include an inclined surface in which a width of the guide protrusion increases downwards. The present invention has improved safety and workability during high place operation.
