Disclosed is a vehicle body part assembly system. The vehicle body part assembly system according to one embodiment of the present invention is a vehicle body part assembly system which mutually assembles a first part and a second part which are applied to a vehicle, and comprises: an index table rotationally installed at a mounting frame; an assembly unit which is individually arranged in four directions by means of a rotating plate at the upper surface of the index table, wherein the first part and the second part are loaded on a replacement jig which is detachable according to the type of vehicle, and a fixing jig which is fixed after being spaced apart from the replacement jig, and the first part and the second part are rotated at a predetermined angle by means of the index table to be mutually welded and bonded while passing through a plurality of assembly sections; a replacement jig pallet which is arranged to correspond to the first assembly section, and in which the plurality of replacement jigs are stored for each type of vehicles; a part pallet which is arranged to correspond to the second assembly section, and in which the plurality of first parts and second parts are stored; a clamping unit which is arranged to correspond to the third assembly section, and configured in plural corresponding to the type of vehicles to clamp the first parts and the second parts mounted on the replacement jigs and the fixing jigs; and welders which are individually arranged corresponding to the third assembly section and the fourth assembly section, and weld the first parts to the second parts.
