Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a separator for a lithium secondary battery interposed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, wherein the method includes the steps of: preparing a separator substrate; forming a ceramic coating layer by applying a first coating solution containing a ceramic material to the surface of the separator; and forming a reaction layer which scatters X-rays by applying a second coating solution containing a metal compound to an edge of the upper surface of the ceramic coating layer where the negative electrode and positive electrode are not in contact with each other.
