Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention is a scaffold structure for dental pulp and dentine regeneration. The scaffold structure comprises: a hydrogel; intermediate nanofiber which is located in an upper part of the hydrogel; a structure body which is located in an upper part of the intermediate nanofiber; and an upper nanofiber which is located in an upper part of the structure body. The scaffold structure is inserted into an exposed portion of dentine during a treatment process, and drug loaded on the hydrogel in the scaffold is slowly discharged by decomposition of the scaffold to induce dental pulp and dentine regeneration.
본 발명은 치수 및 상아질 재생용 스캐폴드 구조를 개시한다. 상기 스캐폴드 구조는, 하이드로겔; 상기 하이드로겔의 상부에 위치한 중층 나노섬유; 상기 중층 나노섬유의 상부에 위치한 구조체; 및 상기 구조체의 상부에 위치한 상층 나노섬유;를 포함하고, 상기 스캐폴드 구조는, 치료 과정 중 상아질 노출 부분에 삽입되고, 상기 스캐폴드 내 하이드로겔에 탑재된 약물이 상기 스캐폴드의 분해에 의해 서서히 방출되어 치수 및 상아질의 재생을 유도할 수 있다. |
