Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, a power conversion device and a home appliance with the same comprise: a heater operated by a DC voltage; a temperature sensitive element that cuts off a current when a temperature of the heater is higher than or equal to a reference temperature; and a DC relay connected to the heater and the temperature sensitive element and configured to block power supplied to the heater if a current does not flow from the temperature sensitive element. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력 변환 장치 및 이를 구비하는 홈 어플라이언스는, dc 전압으로 구동되는 히터(heater), 상기 히터의 온도가 기준온도 이상일 때, 전류를 컷오프(cut-off)시키는 온도감응형 소자, 및, 상기 히터 및 상기 온도감응형 소자에 연결되고, 상기 온도감응형 소자로부터 전류가 들어오지 않으면, 상기 히터에 공급되는 전원을 차단하는 DC 릴레이를 포함할 수 있다.
