Paper manufacturing method using coffee foil

The present invention relates to a paper manufactured by mixing wood pulp with pulp obtained by cooking coffee ground (waste), and to an eco-friendly method of manufacturing the paper using coffee ground, in which coffee grounds are cooked and the remaining grounds are finely ground into powder form, and then applied on a paper or mixed with wood pulp to produce the paper to improve flatness of the paper and to recycle the coffee grounds. The manufactured paper is a paper produced by mixing wood pulp with pulp obtained by cooking coffee grounds. The coffee grounds are cooked and the remaining grounds are ground very finely such that the coffee ground powder is applied to the paper or mixed with wood pulp, thereby increasing flatness of the paper by filling a surface of conventional rough paper products, displaying a subtle and beautiful color due to unique color of coffee grounds, being manufactured as a high-quality paper due to good feel and a subtle coffee scent, and recycling waste coffee grounds to lower a manufacturing cost of the paper and reduce environmental pollution. The method of manufacturing the paper comprises a raw material preparation step, a cooking step, a dust removal and selection step, a coffee ground pulp producing step, a pulp mixing and dissociating step, a beating step, a chemical addition step, a sorting and papermaking step, a pressing and drying step, and a calendaring and cutting step. 본 발명은 커피박(찌꺼기)을 증해하여 수득한 펄프와 목재펄프를 혼합하여 제조한 종이 및 커피박을 증해하고 남은 찌꺼기를 미세하게 분쇄하여 분말형태로 제조한 후, 종이에 도포하거나 또는 목재펄프에 혼합하여 종이로 완성하므로 종이의 평활도를 높일 수 있고, 커피박을 재활용하므로 환경에 친화적인 커피박을 이용하는 종이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 제조한 종이는 커피박을 증해하여 수득한 펄프와 목재펄프를 혼합하여 제조한 종이 및 커피박을 증해하고 남은 찌꺼기를 아주 미세하게 분쇄하여 커피박 분말을 종이에 도포하거나 또는, 목재펄프와 혼합하므로 종래의 거친 종이 제품의 표면을 메울 수 있어서 종이의 평활도를 높일 수 있고, 커피박이 가지고 있는 특유의 색채에 의하여 은은하고 아름다운 색상을 나타낼 수 있으며, 촉감이 좋고 커피향이 은은하게 발산되어 고급지로서 제조할 수 있고, 폐기물인 커피박을 재활용함으로써 종이의 제조단가를 낮추고 동시에 환경오염을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
