Zusammenfassung:Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of obtaining a weighted combination of dynamic vision sensor (DVS) measurements and contact image sensor (CIS) measurements for determining visual inference in an electronic device. The method comprises: a step in which an electronic device receives a plurality of DVS events and a CIS image from an image sensor; a step in which the electronic device determines a plurality of parameters associated with a DVS image and feature velocities of a plurality of CIS features present in the CIS image; a step in which the electronic device determines a DVS feature reliability determined based on the plurality of parameters associated with the DVS image; a step in which the electronic device determines a CIS feature reliability determined based on the feature velocities of the plurality of CIS features present in the CIS image; and a step in which the electronic device calculates a weighted visual inference based on the determined DVS feature reliability and the determined CIS feature reliability.
