According to an embodiment of the present invention, the green information measuring system comprises: a first device for measuring electrical properties of soil through at least one electrode when a first condition is satisfied; and a second device for receiving information on the soil from the first device when a second condition is satisfied and transmitting the information on the soil to a server. 일 실시예에 따른 그린 정보 측정 시스템은, 제1 조건이 만족되면, 적어도 하나의 전극을 통해 토양의 전기적 특성을 측정하는 제1 장치 및 제2 조건이 만족되면, 제1 장치로부터 토양의 토양 정보를 수신하고, 서버에 토양 정보를 전송하는 제2 장치를 포함한다.
