Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a blockchain-based apartment housing accounting management system and method. More specifically, provided is a technology which transparently manages the process from the execution budget of apartment management expenses to receipt, progress, and settlement using a blockchain platform; generating a budget for the next year by a management entity in an apartment housing management system; storing the budget for the next year in a blockchain through the blockchain platform in the apartment housing management system; and setting a smart contract based on the budget for the next year stored in the blockchain. 본 발명은 블록체인 기반 공동주택 회계관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 블록체인 플랫폼을 이용하여 공동주택 관리비 집행 예산부터 수납, 진행, 결산까지의 과정을 투명하게 관리하는 기술에 관한 것이다.
