Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to anti-skin trouble polyester draw textured yarn and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to polyester draw textured yarn which contains little or no heavy metals harmful to a human body, not to cause skin trouble even when in direct contact with a person's skin, a manufacturing method thereof, and fabric such as cloth and knitted fabric using the same. 본 발명은 안티-피부트러블 폴리에스테르 가연사 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 인체 유해한 중금속을 거의 포함하지 않거나 전혀 포함하지 않는 바, 피부와 직접 접촉해도 피부 트러블을 유발하지 않는 폴리에스테르 가연사, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 직물, 편물 등의 원단에 관한 것이다.
