Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a renewable energy composite complex construction system which can efficiently handle a situation in which the output sum of photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation becomes larger than a distribution line contract capacity. According to the present invention, the renewable energy composite complex construction system comprises: a transformer for wind power outputting power produced by a wind turbine located in a preinstalled photovoltaic power generation complex; an energy storage device charged with power produced by the wind turbine; a measurement device set installed to measure electrical characteristics of a path linking power outputted by the transformer for wind power to a system; and a composite control device supplying power outputted by the transformer for wind power to the system through a contract line of the photovoltaic power generation complex, and controlling generation of the wind turbine in accordance with the capacity of the contract line and photovoltaic output (generation amount) resulting from the operation of the photovoltaic power generation complex, which is identified from measurement values received from the measurement device set.
본 발명의 신재생에너지 복합 단지 구축 시스템은, 기 설치된 태양광 발전 단지에 위치한 풍력 터빈에서 생산되는 전력을 출력하는 풍력용 변압기; 상기 풍력 터빈에서 생산되는 전력으로 충전되는 에너지 저장장치; 상기 풍력용 변압기에서 출력되는 전력을 계통에 연계하는 경로의 전기적 특성을 측정하는 설치된 계측기 집합; 및 상기 풍력용 변압기에서 출력되는 전력을 상기 태양광 발전 단지의 계약 선로를 통해 계통으로 공급하되, 상기 계측기 집합에서 전송받은 계측값들로부터 파악된, 상기 태양광 발전 단지의 운영에 따른 태양광 출력(발전량)과 상기 계약 선로의 용량에 따라, 상기 풍력 터빈의 발전을 제어하는 복합 제어장치를 포함할 수 있다. |
