More specifically, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for hair improvement which contains chain or branched hydrocarbon, a polyhydric alcohol derivative emollient, and a carboxylic acid derivative emollient as active ingredients, thereby maintaining the excellent hair conditioning effect of conventional silicone oil, while being environmentally friendly. 본 발명은 실리콘 성분을 사용하지 않은 모발 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사슬형 또는 분지형 탄화수소, 다가 알코올 유도체 에몰리언트 및 카르복실산 유도체 에몰리언트를 유효성분으로 포함함으로써 종래의 실리콘 오일의 우수한 모발 컨디셔닝 효과는 살리면서 친환경적인 모발 개선용 화장료 조성물을 제공한다.
