Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method for controlling sleep temperature and an apparatus therefor. The sleep temperature controlling apparatus uses at least one sensor to measure the body temperature, the movement or biosignals of a user, identifies sleep stages based on the movement or biosignals, and controls the temperature of a sleeping space so that the body temperature of the user becomes the optimal body temperature learned for each sleep stage. 수면온도 제어방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 수면온도 제어장치는 적어도 하나 이상의 센서를 이용하여 사용자의 체온 및 움직임 또는 생체신호를 측정하고, 움직임 또는 생체신호를 기초로 수면 단계를 파악한 후 사용자의 체온이 수면 단계별 학습된 최적 체온이 되도록 수면공간의 온도를 제어한다.
