Sound Control Method of Hometheater and System thereof

A method for controlling a sound of a home theater, of the present invention, comprises: a step of setting a volume of each speaker based on location information of a system unit of the home theater, information on installation location and distance of each speaker based on the system unit, and information on various locations of a user listening to a sound and a distance between the user and each speaker, converting the setting into a database, and storing the database in the system unit; a step of turning on the home theater and waiting to play a playback file such as a movie or music; a step in which a user plays the playback file such as a movie or music using the home theater; a step in which a plurality of UWB sensor units installed in a speaker and the like of the home theater detect movements of a user and periodically transmit detection information (distance information between a speaker and a user, speaker ID and location information of a speaker) to the system unit; a step in which the system unit periodically calculates a location of a user and distance information between the user and each speaker based on the received detection information and collects the calculated location of the user and distance information between the user and each speaker; a step in which the system unit compares the collected location of the user with the distance information between the user and each speaker; a step in which, if the location of the user and the distance information between the user and each speaker change as a result of the comparison, the system unit of the home theater selects and determines an appropriate volume for each speaker, which are preset an stored, based on changes in the location of the user and the distance information between the user and each speaker; and a step in which the system unit transmits the determined appropriate volume control information to a volume control unit to adjust a volume of each speaker.
