| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory cosmetic composition containing a Colocasia esculenta root extract as a main component, and a manufacturing method of the anti-inflammatory cosmetic composition. The anti-inflammatory cosmetic composition of the present invention is obtained by bioconversion of the Colocasia esculenta root extract using a strain, wherein the strain is Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The composition of the present invention is excellent in treatment, reduction, prevention and alleviation of inflammation.
