Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for the treatment of osteogenic disorders comprising a TIMP protein inhibitor as an active ingredient. A TIMP inhibitor of the present invention promotes the differentiation of osteoblasts through the activation of β-catenin signaling, and thus can be usefully used for the development of bone formation in osteogenic disorders such as Costello syndrome. 본 발명은 TIMP 단백질 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 골 형성 장애 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 TIMP 억제제는 β-카테닌 신호 전달의 활성화를 통해 조골세포 분화 촉진시켜, 코스텔로 증후군과 같은 골 형성 장애에서 골 형성 발달에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
