Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a roll forming apparatus for manufacturing a pillar of a vehicle and a vehicle pillar manufacturing method using the same and, more specifically, to a roll forming apparatus for manufacturing a pillar of a vehicle, capable of manufacturing a quadrangular pillar including first to fourth surface parts which are not parallel to each other. The roll forming apparatus brings the third and fourth surface parts curved on the first surface part, a first partial surface part curved on the first surface part, and a second partial surface part curved at an end of the third surface part into contact with each other to form the second surface part through first, second and third roll forming parts, and welds and fixes the first and second partial surface parts through a welding part, thereby enabling a pillar of a vehicle having a square closed section to be manufactured through one single roll forming process. Therefore, the present invention can simplify a manufacturing process, reduce manufacturing costs and considerably improve productivity. 본 발명은 자동차의 필라 제조용 롤 포밍 장치 및 이를 이용한 자동차의 필라 제조방법에 관한 것으로 서로 평행하지 않은 제1면부 내지 제4면부를 포함하는 4각 형상의 필라를 제조하는 자동차의 필라 제조용 롤 포밍 장치이며, 제1롤 포밍부, 제2롤 포밍부, 제3롤 포밍부로 제1면에서 굴곡된 제3면부와 제4면부, 제1면부에서 굴곡된 제1부분 면부와 제3면부의 단부에서 굴곡된 제2부분면부를 맞닿게 하여 제2면부를 형성하고, 용접부로 제1부분 면부와 제2부분 면부를 용접시켜 고정함으로써 사각 형상의 폐단면을 가지는 자동차의 필라를 한번의 롤 포밍 공정을 통해 제조할 수 있어 제조 공정을 단순화하고, 제조 원가를 절감하며 생산성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
