Zusammenfassung:Provided are a dielectric capable of achieving both a high lifespan and excellent capacitance-temperature characteristics, a multilayer ceramic capacitor, a manufacturing method of the dielectric, and a manufacturing method of the multilayer ceramic capacitor. The dielectric comprises a plurality of crystal particles containing barium titanate as a main component and comprises Zr, Eu, and Mn as additives. At least one of the plurality of crystal particles has a core-shell structure comprising a core unit containing barium titanate as a main component, and a shell unit containing barium titanate as a main component and having a higher Zr concentration than the core unit. The atomic concentration ratio of Zr and Ti is 0.02 or more and 0.10 or less, the atomic concentration ratio of Eu and Ti is 0.001 or more and 0.03 or less, the atomic concentration ratio of Mn and Ti is 0.005 or more and 0.05 or less, the total atomic concentration of other rare earth elements is small compared to the atomic concentration of Eu, and the median diameter of the plurality of crystal particles is 200 nm or more and 400 nm or less. 고수명과 우수한 용량 온도 특성을 양립시킬 수 있는 유전체, 적층 세라믹 콘덴서, 유전체의 제조 방법, 및 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 유전체는, 티타늄산바륨을 주성분으로 하는 복수의 결정 입자를 포함하고, Zr과, Eu와, Mn을 첨가물로서 포함하고, 상기 복수의 결정 입자 중 적어도 어느 것은, 티타늄산바륨을 주성분으로 하는 코어부와, 티타늄산바륨을 주성분으로 하여 상기 코어부보다도 Zr 농도가 높은 셸부를 구비하는 코어 셸 구조를 갖고, Zr/Ti 원자 농도비는, 0.02 이상, 0.10 이하이고, Eu/Ti 원자 농도비는, 0.001 이상, 0.03 이하이고, Mn/Ti 원자 농도비는, 0.005 이상, 0.05 이하이고, Eu의 원자 농도와 비교하여 다른 희토류 원소의 합계의 원자 농도가 작고, 상기 복수의 결정 입자의 메디안 직경은, 200㎚ 이상, 400㎚ 이하이다.
