Zusammenfassung:	An objective of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing a pressure loss according to operating conditions of a nuclear reactor, in particular, a printing press plate heat exchanger, and a nuclear power plant including the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, the heat exchanger comprises: a body having an inlet header through which the fluid flows in and a discharge header through which the fluid is discharged; one or more plates accommodated in the body and formed with a flow path module providing a flow path through which the fluid introduced from the inlet header flows to the discharge header; and a flow control unit having at least a portion accommodated in the body and controlling the flow of the fluid by selectively opening or closing a portion or all of the flow path by moving or rotating in one direction or changing the direction of the flow path. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 유체가 유입되는 유입헤더 및 상기 유체가 배출되는 배출헤더가 형성된 바디; 상기 바디에 수용되고, 상기 유입헤더로부터 유입된 상기 유체가 상기 배출헤더로 유동되기 위한 유로를 제공하는 유로모듈이 형성되는 하나 이상의 플레이트; 및 적어도 일부가 상기 바디에 수용되고, 일방향으로 이동 또는 회전함으로써 선택적으로 상기 유로의 일부분 또는 전부를 개폐하거나 상기 유로의 방향을 변경하여 상기 유체의 유동을 조절하는 유로조절부를 포함하는, 열교환기가 제공될 수 있다.
