Zusammenfassung: | An objective of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing a pressure loss according to operating conditions of a nuclear reactor, in particular, a printing press plate heat exchanger, and a nuclear power plant including the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, the heat exchanger comprises: a body having an inlet header through which the fluid flows in and a discharge header through which the fluid is discharged; one or more plates accommodated in the body and formed with a flow path module providing a flow path through which the fluid introduced from the inlet header flows to the discharge header; and a flow control unit having at least a portion accommodated in the body and controlling the flow of the fluid by selectively opening or closing a portion or all of the flow path by moving or rotating in one direction or changing the direction of the flow path.
