Zusammenfassung:	An artificial intelligence chatbot robot combined with an attachable/detachable robot skin according to the present invention may comprise: a robot skin with a character shape; and an artificial intelligence chatbot speaker which is attached to and detached from the robot skin, which obtains an utterance of a user to convert the utterance into utterance speech data, and which outputs response speech based on the response speech data when the response speech data corresponding to the utterance speech data is received. Therefore, an artificial intelligence chatbot system can provide a customized response to the user. 본 발명에 따른 탈부착형 로봇 스킨이 결합된 인공지능 챗봇 로봇은 캐릭터 형상으로 외형이 형성된 로봇 스킨; 및 상기 로봇 스킨에 탈부착되고, 사용자의 발화를 획득하여 발화 음성 데이터로 변환하고, 상기 발화 음성 데이터에 대응되는 응답 음성 데이터가 수신되면 응답 음성 데이터에 기초하여 응답 음성을 출력하는 인공지능 챗봇 스피커;를 포함할 수 있다.
