IT INTERMEDIARY SERVER AND METHOD FOR MATCHING IT DEVELOPER THEREFOR

According to the present invention, provided is a method for matching an IT developer of an intermediary server, which intermediates a contract for developing an outsourcing program between a member of an IT developer intermediary platform and a program developer, in which the method comprises the steps of: receiving, by the intermediary server, a desired proposal including functions and designs required for a production target program from a member terminal; extracting, by the intermediary server, key keywords related to implementation of a program function through AI keyword analysis from text included in the desired proposal; classifying, by the intermediary server, the extracted key keywords according to whether costs are generated according to the implementation of the function and generating a program proposal including essential functions required for the development of the production target program; calculating, by the intermediary server, estimated costs required for production of the production target program by matching the essential functions with a pre-stored cost table; and generating, by the intermediary server, a temporary estimate including the essential functions and the estimated costs allocated to each of the essential functions to transmit the temporary estimate to the member terminal.
