| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a spot cooling apparatus for a die casting mold and, more specifically, to a spot cooling apparatus for a die casting mold, which can efficiently perform cooling for a portion requiring cooling in a die casting mold and secure temperature balance for each portion of the mold through valve control by having a valve and a thermometer to check a temperature of emitted cooling water. To this end, the spot cooling apparatus for a die casting mold includes: a lower cooling tube which is provided at a lower part of a die casting mold; a spot cooling tube which is formed in a plurality of spots inside the die casting mold; a cooling water inflow unit which allows cooling water to flow into the lower and spot cooling tubes; an inflow control valve which is provided in the cooling water inflow unit and is connected to the lower cooling tube and the spot cooling tube, respectively, to control the inflow of the cooling water; and a cooling water outflow unit which allows the cooling water to flow out from the lower and spot cooling tubes. The cooling water outflow unit comprises: an outflow control valve which is connected to the lower cooling tube and the spot cooling tube, respectively, to control outflow of the cooling water; and a thermometer which is connected to the lower cooling tube and the spot cooling tube, respectively, and is connected to the inflow control valve and the outflow control valve, respectively.
본 발명은 다이캐스팅 금형용 냉각 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다이캐스팅 금형에서 냉각이 필요한 부분에 효율적으로 냉각을 진행할 수 있고, 밸브 및 온도계를 구비하여 출수되는 냉각수의 온도를 확인하여 밸브 조절을 통해 금형 부위별 온도 밸런스를 확보할 수 있는 다이캐스팅 금형용 스팟 냉각 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 다이캐스팅 금형의 하부에 구비되는 하부 냉각 튜브; 다이캐스팅 금형의 내부에서 복수의 스팟(spot)에 형성되는 스팟 냉각 튜브; 하부 및 스팟 냉각 튜브에 냉각수를 유입하는 냉각수 유입부; 냉각수 유입부에 구비되는 것으로, 하부 냉각 튜브 및 스팟 냉각 튜브와 각각 연결되어, 냉각수의 유입을 조절하는 유입 조절 밸브; 하부 및 스팟 냉각 튜브의 냉각수를 유출하는 냉각수 유출부; 냉각수 유출부에 구비되는 것으로, 하부 냉각 튜브 및 스팟 냉각 튜브와 각각 연결되어, 냉각수의 유출을 조절하는 유출 조절 밸브; 및 하부 냉각 튜브 및 스팟 냉각 튜브와 각각 연결되고, 유입 조절 밸브 및 유출 조절 밸브와 각각 연결되는 온도계;를 포함한다. |
