Zusammenfassung: | Provided in the present invention are a hollow fiber membrane dehumidifier and a humidity control device having the same. In particular, a dehumidifier which has a dehumidifying hollow fiber membrane, which removes moisture from the air, as a main component, and a humidifier which has a humidifying hollow fiber membrane, which supplies moisture to the air, as a main component, are connected in parallel to control the amount of moisture in the air. Water mist is not generated at the hollow fiber membrane humidifier to achieve the perfect humidification. Aseptic humidification can be performed to solve the problem of conventional humidifier disinfectants. Therefore, a humidifier with excellent efficiency can be provided to perform instantaneous humidification. Hot water is not required to be generated for humidification, such that an additional energy (electricity) is not used to provide hot water. The humidification by using the hollow fiber membrane, unlike the humidifier in the refrigerating compression method, does not generate heat during the dehumidification process, such that the indoor temperature is not increased even during the lengthy dehumidifying operation. High-pressure air generated by a compressor and the like is not required, which reduces electricity consumption, thereby increasing energy efficiency compared to the conventional dehumidification method using a refrigerant. Humidification by using the hollow fiber membrane allows only the moisture, absorbed into the hollow fiber membrane, to be contained in the air. Consequently, impurities existing in the humidifying water can be prevented from being scattered in the air along with water particles, thereby providing clean humidified air. In addition, moisture particles in the gaseous state, passing through the hollow fiber membrane, are very small, in order to significantly widen the scattering range in the air, thereby preventing dew from condensing around an outlet of the humidified air. To this end, the present invention comprises: a dehumidifying housing; a hollow fiber membrane; an air inlet; an air outlet; a sweep air supply unit; and a sweep air discharge unit.
