Pin Gear Roller Screws

The present invention relates to a roller screw which transmits a driving force of a motor by converting a rotary motion into a linear motion. More specifically, according to the present invention, a plurality of planetary rollers are disposed around a sun roller rotated by a power generator such as the motor. In addition, a pin gear is fixedly coupled to both sides end parts of the planetary roller, and the pin gear rotates along an internal gear formed at the circular, ring-shaped ring gear interior. Therefore, friction of a drive unit is reduced and a noise is reduced. In addition, no separate oiling is required. As a result, a user can conveniently use the pin gear roller screw of the present invention. The pin gear roller screw comprises: a housing (1); the sun roller (2); the plurality of planetary rollers (3); the pin gear (4); a ring gear (5); and a carrier (6). 본 발명은 회전운동을 직선운동으로 변환시켜 모터의 구동력을 전달하는 롤러스크류에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 모터와 같은 동력발생장치에 의해 회전되는 선롤러의 주위에 복수의 유성롤러를 배치하고, 상기 유성롤러의 양측 단부에는 핀기어를 고정 결합시켜 상기 핀기어가 원형 즉, 링 형상의 링기어 내부에 형성된 내치기어를 따라 회전되도록 함으로써 구동부의 마찰을 줄여 소음을 줄이고, 별도의 급유가 필요치 않아 사용이 편리한 핀기어 롤러스크류이다.
