Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a molecular marker for discriminating sex of Actinidia arguta and uses thereof. A CAPS molecular marker of the present invention can discriminate sex of Actinidia arguta regardless of the ploidy or growth stage of genetic resources of Actinidia arguta, and thus can be usefully used for early selection of female tree lines that bear fruits and seeds or male tree lines that become pollenizers in a breeding process using genetic resources of Actinidia arguta. The present invention provides a primer set for discriminating sex of Actinidia arguta, including an oligonucleotide primer set of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2. 본 발명은 다래의 성 판별용 분자마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 CAPS 분자마커는 다래 유전자원의 배수성 또는 생육단계와 관계없이 성별의 판별이 가능하므로, 다래 유전자원을 이용하는 육종 과정에서 과실과 종자를 맺는 암나무 계통 또는 수분수가 되는 수나무 계통의 조기 선발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
