Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a molecular marker for discriminating the presence or absence of russet formation in pears and a use thereof. A CAPS marker of the present invention can discriminate the formation of russet regardless of the growth stage of pears, and thus can be usefully used for the selection of pear trees with a low rate of russet formation on the skin or the culling of pear trees with a high rate of russet formation on the skin in a process of breeding pear trees. The present invention provides a primer set comprising an oligonucleotide primer of SEQ ID NO: 1 and an oligonucleotide primer of SEQ ID NO: 2. 본 발명은 배의 동녹 형성 유무 판별용 분자마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 CAPS 마커는 배의 생육 단계에 관계없이 동녹 형성 판별이 가능하므로, 배나무 육종 과정에서 과피에 동녹 형성률이 낮은 배나무의 선발 또는 동녹 형성률이 높은 배나무의 도태에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
