Zusammenfassung:A light emitting device according to an embodiment includes: a first electrode; a second electrode overlapping the first electrode; a light emitting layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron transport region positioned between the light emitting layer and the second electrode. The electron transport region includes a thermal acid generator (TAG). 일 실시예에 따른 발광 소자는 제1 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 중첩하는 제2 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치하는 발광층, 그리고 상기 발광층과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치하는 전자 수송 영역을 포함하고, 상기 전자 수송 영역은 TAG (Thermal Acid Generator)을 포함한다.
