Zusammenfassung:One embodiment of the present invention provides a manufacturing method of a single atom catalyst, comprising the steps of: preparing a support in which a heterogeneous element different from a catalyst material to be manufactured is formed on a surface; adsorbing the support to a working electrode; introducing the working electrode to which the support is adsorbed into a mixed solution of a single atom precursor and an electrolyte; and applying a voltage to the mixed solution such that the single atom precursor chemically bonds with the heterogeneous element to form a single atom on the support. According to an embodiment of the present invention, very uniform single atoms can be mass-produced in a short time, and stability is excellent by forming bonds with the single atoms. 본 발명의 일실시예는 표면에 제조 대상 촉매 물질과 상이한 이종 원소가 형성된 지지체를 준비하는 단계; 상기 지지체를 작동 전극에 흡착시키는 단계; 상기 지지체가 흡착된 작동 전극을 단일 원자 전구체 및 전해질의 혼합 용액에 담지하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합 용액에 전압을 인가하여 상기 단일 원자 전구체가 상기 이종 원소와 화학 결합하여 상기 지지체 상에 단일 원자를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 단일 원자 촉매 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 짧은 시간에 매우 균일한 단일 원자를 대량 생산할 수 있고, 단일 원자와의 결합을 형성하여 안정성이 우수하다.
