Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are an automatic transmission diagnostic device and a method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, the automatic transmission diagnostic device, which is attached to a vehicle and detects a disorder of an operation element of an automatic transmission during driving, comprises: a G sensor measuring a forward/backward vibration signal (Y); a status detection unit detecting the vibration signal of the G sensor and the status data of a transmission sensor and an engine sensor in accordance with time during driving through diagnostic communication; and a control unit checking the operation elements of the automatic transmission for each transmission step by using the current transmission step, target transmission step, and transmission time detected as the status data of the transmission sensor, and measuring the forward/backward vibration signal (Y) of the G sensor during driving, and calculating a fluctuation width of the vibration signal in accordance with time for each operation element, and determining that it is a transmission impact event if the value of the forward/backward vibration signal (Y) of the G sensor after being corrected based on a driving acceleration of the vehicle exceeds a reference value. Therefore, maintenance reliability can be improved.
자동변속기 진단 장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른, 차량에 부착되어 주행 중 자동변속기 작동 요소의 이상을 검출하는 자동변속기 진단 장치는, 전후진동신호(Y)를 측정하는 G센서; 주행 중 시간에 따른 G센서의 진동신호, 차량의 변속기 센서와 엔진 센서의 상태 데이터를 진단통신을 통해 검출하는 상태 검출부; 및 상기 변속기 센서의 상태 데이터로서 검출된 현재 변속단, 목표 변속단 및 변속시간을 이용하여 변속단별 상기 자동변속기의 작동 요소를 확인하고, 상기 주행 중 상기 G센서의 전후진동신호(Y)를 측정하여 작동 요소별 시간에 따른 상기 진동신호의 변동폭을 계산하며, 상기 차량의 주행 가속도를 기초로 보정한 후의 상기 G센서의 전후진동신호(Y) 값이 기준치를 초과하면 변속 충격 이벤트로 판정하는 제어부;를 포함한다. |
