Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a system for a fuel cell of a mobility, and a method for controlling the same. The system comprises: a controller controlling remaining power of a fuel cell to be consumed through a plurality of auxiliary machines, selecting the auxiliary machine to consume the remaining power among the plurality of auxiliary machines according to a consumable power degree of the auxiliary machine and a temperature condition, and setting a priority of the selected auxiliary machines. 연료전지의 잔여전류를 복수의 보기류를 통하여 소모하도록 제어하고, 온도조건과 보기류의 소모가능전력의 정도에 따라 복수의 보기류 중 잔여전류를 소모할 대상인 보기류를 선택하고 선택된 보기류들의 우선순위를 설정하는 제어기;를 포함하는 모빌리티의 연료전지 시스템 및 연료전지 제어방법이 소개된다
