The present invention relates to arm warmers with a sliding preventing unit comprising: a body; the sliding preventing unit; and a cut line marking unit. The body includes: a forearm unit for covering a forearm and a palm unit for covering a palm, and is formed in a cylindrical shape of a certain length. The sliding preventing unit is provided by attaching or coating at least one first sliding preventing member to prevent sliding of a gripped product in the palm unit. The cut line marking unit includes at least one cut line of a certain length at a part through which a thumb passes in the body. Even though an object is gripped by a hand in a state of wearing the arm warmers, the present invention prevents slipping and is easy to lift and maintain heavy objects.
