At this time, the complex extract consists of the red ginseng, limonium tetragonum leaves, triglochin maritime leaves, artemisia scoparia leaves, turkey sprouts, pectinase, and purified water. The method for manufacturing a complex extract is the method for manufacturing a salt plant complex extract containing red ginseng as an active ingredient. The method comprises: a step of adding and treating pectinase in 50 % of ethanol, mixing the remaining composition in the treated ethanol, and extracting and concentrating the same for 24 hours at a temperature of 50 ℃; a step of adjusting a concentration of the ethanol to 70 % of ethanol; a step of obtaining a mixed extract through concentration and freeze drying after extracting the ethanol at the temperature of 50 ℃ for the 24 hours; and a step of obtaining the complex extract after drying and recovering the obtained mixed extract and storing the same at -20 ℃.
본 발명은 홍삼을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염생식물 복합추출물 및 상기 복합추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이때, 복합추출물은 홍삼, 갯질경이잎, 지채잎, 비쑥잎, 칠면조순, 펙티나아제(pectinase) 및 정제수를 조성물로 하며, 이러한 복합추출물의 제조방법은 상기 홍삼을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염생식물 복합추출물의 제조방법은, 펙티나아제(pectinase)를 50% 에탄올에 투입하여 처리한 후, 처리된 에탄올에 나머지 조성물을 혼합하여 50℃의 온도에서 24시간 동안 추출하고 농축하며, 이 후, 70% 에탄올이 되도록 농도를 조절하고, 50℃의 온도에서 24시간 동안 추출한 후 농축 및 동결건조를 통해 혼합추출물을 획득하고, 획득된 혼합추출물을 건조하여 회수한 후, -20℃에 보관하여 복합추출물을 획득하는 과정을 포함한다. |
