Since the composition according to the present invention is excellent in improving eyesight damaged by optic nerve degeneration, macular degeneration, or vasoconstriction, the composition can be used as helpful food compositions, pharmaceutical compositions, quasi-drug compositions and the like having an effect of improving the eyesight. 본 발명은 어류의 알 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 시력 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 시신경 퇴화, 황반 변성 또는 혈관 수축 등에 의해 손상된 시력을 개선하는 효과 우수하므로, 시력 개선 효과를 갖는 유용한 식품 조성물, 약학 조성물, 의약외품 조성물 등으로 이용될 수 있다.
