Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a die casting carrier diff manufacturing method, which performs high-vacuum die casting in a state in which an insert ring (10) fabricated by means of normal die casting is coupled to a carrier diff mold (1). After the high-vacuum die casting, the insert ring (10) is removed to be fabricated in a carrier diff (30) of a reverse taper cross-sectional structure. Therefore, the two methods of the normal die casting and the high-vacuum die casting may be applied for the fabrication of the carrier diff, such that the carrier diff may be fabricated also by means of the high-vacuum die casting. In particular, the carrier diff may be fabricated by means of the high-vacuum die casting by the combination of the mold and the insert ring fabricated by the normal die casting. Consequently, the finishing process may be reduced or eliminated, such that the processed amount of the die casting may be significantly reduced, thereby reducing construction costs.
본 발명의 다이캐스팅 캐리어 디프 제조 방법은 캐리어 디프 금형(1)에 일반 다이캐스팅으로 제조된 인서트 링(10)이 결합된 상태에서 고진공 다이캐스팅을 수행하고, 고진공 다이캐스팅 후 인서트 링(10)을 제거하여 역구배 단면 구조의 캐리어 디프(30)로 제조됨으로써 캐리어 디프의 제조에 일반 다이캐스팅과 고진공 다이캐스팅의 두가지 방식이 적용됨으로써 고진공 다이캐스팅으로도 캐이어 디프 제조가 가능하고, 특히 일반 다이캐스팅으로 제조된 인서트 링(Insert Ring)을 금형과 조합하여 고진공 다이캐스팅으로 캐리어 디프 제조가 이루어짐으로써 사상 처리 공정의 축소나 삭제로 다이캐스팅 가공량의 대폭 축소에 따른 원가 절감이 가능한 특징을 갖는다. |
