Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing leather with excellent flame retardancy and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing leather with excellent flame retardancy, in which an inorganic flame retardant is applied together with paint materials when a base and a medium are coated in a process of painting natural leather and an organic flame retardant are additionally coated when the top is coated to improve resistance to fire. To this end, the present invention provides the method for manufacturing leather with excellent flame retardancy, comprising: (a) a base painting process of painting a mixture containing an inorganic flame retardant on the surface of leather using crust leather; (b) a medium painting process of painting a mixture containing an inorganic flame retardant on the leather produced in the process (a); and (c) a top painting process in which the leather prepared in the process (b) is coated with the mixture containing the organic flame retardant to maximize resistance to moisture.
본 발명은 난연성이 우수한 피혁의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 천연가죽의 도장공정에서 베이스 및 미디움 코팅시 무기계 난연제를 도장물질과 함께 도포하고, 탑 코팅시 유기계 난연제를 추가적으로 코팅함으로써 화기(Fire)에 대한 저항성을 향상시켜 난연성이 우수한 피혁의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 (a) 크러스트 가죽을 사용하여 가죽 표면에 무기계 난연제가 포함된 혼합물을 도장처리하는 베이스 도장공정; (b) (a)공정으로 제조된 가죽에 무기계 난연제가 포함된 혼합물을 도장처리하는 미디움 도장공정; 및 (b) (b)공정으로 제조된 가죽에 유기계 난연제를 포함하는 혼합물을 코팅하여 수분에 대한 저항성을 극대화시킨 탑 도장공정을 포함하는 난연성이 우수한 피혁의 제조방법을 제공한다. |
