The present invention relates to a dental implant structure which has a dual retaining structure and is capable of compensating an implant placement angle, so as to be specialized for a digital prosthetic system. The dental implant structure comprises: an abutment (200) which is coupled to a fixture (100), and is formed with one or more through holes (211a); an elastic body (221) which is inserted into and installed in the abutment (200), and is capable of contracting and expanding toward the inside and outside of the radius thereof; one or more supports (222) which are inserted into the abutment (200) in accordance with the contraction of the elastic body (221), or project out of the abutment (200) in accordance with the expansion of the elastic body (221); and an artificial tooth (crown, 300) which is coupled to the abutment (200) so as to cover an upper portion of the abutment (200), and has a support coupling groove (313) formed on an inner surface thereof to which a support (223) is coupled. 본 발명은 디지털 보철 시스템에 특화되도록, 이중 유지 구조를 가지며 임플란트 식립 각도 보상이 가능한 치과용 임플란트 구조물에 관한 것이다.
