Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a composite extract from raw materials including wild-type fructus lycii, eclipta prostrata, and phellodendri cortex, or raw materials for herbal medicine among herbs and a use of a functional cosmetic composition including lactic-acid fermented extracts of two or more among the above-mentioned raw materials. In particular, lactococcus latis strain (WC5) KCCM 43384 that is active in initial growth is added to the mixture including the above-mentioned three raw materials at the 1:1:1 ratio to culture the mixture while shaking the same, and then a fermented solution obtained after lactobacillus is killed is extracted with 40% 1,3-Butylene glycol, filtered under reduced pressure, and sterilized to obtain a fermented composite extract. The fermented composite extract of the present invention has excellent effects of antioxidation, whitening, and anti-inflammation and gives outstanding efficacy of hair growth, so that the extract can be used in various functional cosmetic compositions. 본 발명은 허브식물류 중에서 한약재 원료인 흑구기자, 한련초, 황백나무껍질을 원재료로한 복합추출물 및 그 2종 이상의 유산균 발효추출물의 기능성 화장료 조성물의 용도를 개시한다. 특히 상기 3종의 원재료의 동량비 혼합물에 대하여 초기 생육이 왕성한 유산균주 Lactococcus latis 균주(WC5) KCCM 43384로 진탕배양 후 유산균을 사멸한 다음 수득한 발효물에 40% 1,3-Butylene glycol로 추출 감압 여과하고 제균하여 수득한 복합 발효추출물은 항산화, 미백, 항여증 효과가 우수할 뿐 아니라 모발증식 효능이 우수하여 다양한 기능성 화장료 조성물을 제공할 수 있는 특장점이 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
